Return policy

Items must be returned to us in good condition within 14 days. We guarantee a 100% refund for this. Refunds will be credited to your original means of payment.

We will not accept any liability. cardboard boxes that are deformed during shipping. 
However, we work closely with the shipping company to avoid such cases. 

Please note that any refunds will only be made if we can ensure that the goods have not been opened. Please also note that goods can only be returned if the label is still intact. Please do not remove this when the item is returned. 

If an order is returned, please contact us about the reason for the return before sending the goods back. Then please pack the goods well and return them by post to the following address:

We are sorry that we cannot offer free returns.

Refunds can be made up to 30 days after the package has been shipped. Once we have received the returned goods and the refund has been processed, we will send a notification email.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office, as we cannot refund money without proof of postage if the package is lost.

If an item was damaged or defective during delivery, please send us a description of the defect and 3-4 meaningful photos documenting the defect via email to the following address: info@diistee.ch.

After receipt of the photos, you will receive feedback on how to proceed within a few days.

Please note that it may take up to four weeks from the date of return for the returned items to be credited to your account.
